KHOLAB VISION

This is not upcycling. This is our story."

Nicolas Crampel fondateur Kholab Fabrik

Our Origin

Kholab was born from the mind of Nicolas Crampel, a breakdancer rooted in the battle scene and deeply connected to the creative energy of hip-hop culture. In hip-hop, creating with what you have isn't just a choice — it's a mindset. Driven by this spirit and aware of the urgent environmental issues linked to fast fashion, Nicolas began exploring new ways to create using what society throws away.

We reimagine jeans, sneakers, and discarded streetwear into unique, impactful artworks. We also develop immersive event experiences through Kholab Event, pushing this fusion of street culture, sustainability, and creativity even further.

Kholab is proudly shaped by the Parisian creative scene. Paris is a city that breathes inspiration — raw, spontaneous, and full of style. That Parisian energy fuels everything we do, from the walls we paint to the pieces we upcycle.

Our Process

Rooted in Paris, our creative process blends craftsmanship, sustainability, and storytelling. Every piece is made in France by artists and artisans committed to the environment. We work exclusively with existing materials — denim, sneakers, and garments — giving them a second life through unique, handcrafted artworks.

Each creation carries a story: the history of the fabric, and the people who once wore it.

Art & Fashion Together

At Kholab, we see no boundaries between fashion and art — only possibilities. Inspired by street culture and conscious design, we fuse the codes of fashion with artistic expression to create bold, meaningful pieces. Every artwork starts with what others discard: denim, sneakers, worn textiles. We turn them into canvases of identity, culture, and style.

This is where urban fashion meets raw creativity. This is where stories wear colors.
